COVID-19 Update

There are delays with Australia Post regular and express shipments. It is very likely that the normal 4-5 (regular) and 1-2 (express) business day waiting time will be extended due to less commercial flights and border restrictions. We apologise for the inconvenience. At this stage Australia Post has advised it could be 10 business days for regular post and 3-4 days for express. This is unfortunately out of our control. We will continue to ship your order on the same day or following business day.

Domestic Shipping

We use various courier companies for our parcels (eParcel, Couriers Please and Fastway) Tracking numbers are provided via email, so please ensure that your email address is entered correctly and that your email is monitored, including junk mail. We use an automated delivery system, so please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order as Willow and Franklin t is not liable for any lost or damaged parcels. Please allow a week turnaround time for ALL orders. Once posted, we have no control over how long your order takes to arrive. If an article has been lost by the courier company, we cannot take responsibility for this loss. We recommend you contact the courier company directly, with your tracking details to track down the lost items.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.


Incorrect address or returned parcels

If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
